CRM Data: We store customer contact information in our CRM system, Bigin, to manage customer relationships and communications effectively.

Payment Processing: Stripe securely processes payment details for event registration.

CRM: Customer data, including contact information, is hosted by our CRM software, Bigin.

Event Organizers: Billing (not payment) details will be shared with event organizers to manage logistics and communications related to the events.

We reserve the right to change or update the list of our payment processing, CRM, or other vendors. While we ensure that these third parties adhere to privacy compliance in equivalent terms as we do, we do not take responsibility for how these third parties use the data, including Personal Information. Therefore, it is advisable for You to familiarize and review the privacy policies of such third parties.

Messages that you send to us by email, including by use of the contact us features on the Services, may not be secure, and we do not recommend that you use email for sending us confidential or sensitive information.
